It's a beautiful picture, there's a story in the eye of the girl..
Tell me your secret..how did you get these wonderful tones? (I could make this question also for your picture "Shady business"!!)

Emily Bem Oh, there are many stories in the eye of that girl..ha! As far as the tones go, I use coloured filters in Corel to give the tones you are speaking of. :) Thanks!

Andrea Orioli Is Corel a gafic suite? Maybe you first desaturate your images (or made a BW conversion) and then you add a coloured filter? Sorry if I'm insistent but I'm very curious and like your tones a lot!!

Emily Bem Corel is a photo editing program...kinda like Photoshop. I converted this image to BW (and Shady Business) and then added a coloured filter on a
low(ish) opacity. I hope that helps....and you can feel free to ask as many questions as you like.

I love this image. Great composition and a fantastic subject, I just wish her right eye, or the left eye looking at the image, wasnt so dark...

otherwise nothing negative.
