About meInstant doesn't belong to time. Doesn't belong to eternity: Plato already had to see how it could be perhaps best-identified as the 'medium' between time and eternity, between mobile and immobile: no man's land (or common place), as the point which ‘the same become other, different'.I think that the horizon wherein stands the photographic art is this, receiving copiously - like a gift - meaning and intensity, living inside the time, but constantly protruding from it. Music (I play the electric guitar) photography and philosophy (my academic degree), they constitute a small trinity which are solid at the core of my intellect and my emotions. Visual art - in all its forms - is like a kind of crystallized music, perceived by the eye in a concert of harmonic intersections through a succession of spaces (in place of time). |
