Born in 1972, first real contact with photography happened at the age of 10. I bought my first SLR in 1994 (Nikon F801s). Since then I worked with Nikon equipment almost exclusively. At the moment I am using a Nikon D300 but my opinion is that it does not matter what equipment you have. The more important thing is to know your equipment and how to use it.

Going Digital in 2003 has changed my learning curve a lot. Since then I never used analog bodies anymore.

I am an autodidact trying to get as much as possible out of my equipment if time allows. I make my living by working as a senior software design engineer.
