Seriously powerful collection of images.....makes you wonder whether their will ever be an end to war and conflict...I expect not. I could not imagine living with the scenes shot by these guys.

strong images. Besides all the politics and stupidity men are capable of doing, I would like to mention the powerful work of these photographers, risking their lives to document historic events.

No is the simple answer to that one Ian.
They are sustained as there is more money to be made that way.

I'll have to pass on looking due to my history of PTSD.

I am not optimistic, I guess the future will bring more of the same.

Living in Israel can really take its toll on ones nerves. I still prefer not to use buses and hate being in a crowd (a security risk). Sometimes I hear a motorcycle and for a second I freeze and think maybe it's the siren warning about an incoming missile. The recent years brought nightmares of nuclear war and annihilation. Aside from that, life here is quite normal. I can not speak for the Palestinian side but I am sure their lives is also filled with fear and death. It is sad, once politics and religion come between people, it is very difficult to solve.

War is such a great subject - no lack of impact here. I hope things would get better but honestly, I dread the photos to come.
