I just ordered my Epson 7900, and wonder if anybody here have experience with the new series of large format printers from Epson.
Mine comes complete with color spectrometer built in. Any special problems setting it up?
My experience with Epson is limited to the 2100/2200 which has worked without any function problems since they came on the market (6-7 years?). Is the same to be expected?

No experience, but I really envy you! You might want to check the luminous landscape, they published their review yesterday.

No need to be suspicious.. Finally got home from work and got it installed. A fantastic machine! And easy to use.
Good I didn't go for the 9900, I would have to do serious changes to my house to get that monster up the stairs. We were struggling with this one!

A fantastic printer! And after getting a proper monitor and good printer profiles installed it works really well.
There is only one problem. It is too small!
I have already ordered a 9900, printing 44" wide, compared to 24" for the 7900.

Anybody interested in a very little used machine? Mainly thinking about Norwegians, as shipping the thing abroad is not really an option.

Printshop.. Yes, have printed a few prints for others. Seems like there is a market, but starting slowly. Delivery time can be a bit variable with the job I have.
I hoped to get my wife starting on printing, but the monster printers scared her off..
But, printing my own shots for sale seems to cover the expenses anyway. I've been selling quite a lot, with very little marketing. Mainly printing rejects..
