I love beauty, and I love it in all of its forms. Most often, I'm a beauty finder (or re-creator), though sometimes I try to create it too.
As a curious person, I'm never too tired to learn something new, never too wise to be content. And I know that the day I'm not curious anymore, that'll be the end.
Photography has become a way to look at the world, but also a way to be in the world. I know there are too many cameras around, too many lenses, too many Canikons, but I also know that there's still some room for me because I take photos for my pleasure.
I started about 20 years ago with a basic Canon SLR, photographing people and places I wanted to remember. Now I photograph what calls my eye, but I especially enjoy preparing my equipment and "exploring" whatever object I place on my dining table under the window light. Those explorations are full of surprises, when I come across many small jewels that I record just for the beauty of them.
