I am an amateur who enjoys the simple pleasure of learning about photography and shooting what interests me.

I have a passion for street and documentary photography with a humanist focus and the legends over at Magnum photos have always provided much inspiration. I have lived in London nearly all my life and its people, events and places continue to be my favourite subjects despite competition from my outdoor pursuits.

The legends over at Magnum photos are a constant inspiration particularly Richard Calvar and Henri Cartier-Bresson.

A picture looks like reality but is completely abstracted from it: it?s frozen in time, flat, silent, and ignorant of everything outside of the frame. The odor is gone, and sometimes even the color.
