Very nice shot. The eyes do have it. Very piercing.

Was this taken at the zoo?
Rob Pantalone  Thanks Colette. This image wasn't taken at a zoo. This is a local park at sundown, I went out to shoot the fall colours in the evening and came back with a shot of an owl.

Colette Panaioti  The only reason I asked about the zoo is there's a nice enclosure at the Calgary Zoo with a lot of owls. Though it's more rewarding to capture them in the wild. Well done.

I like it very much Rob. I like the fact that the Owl is part hidden and the eyes have it. At first I thought it needed a little crop but this looks good to me. The more that I look the more I like. Will
Rob Pantalone  Thanks Will. I myself debated cropping out the right side of the image but was undecided so I left it as is. I'm glad my decision didn't damage the image.
