I believe this is one of my strongest waterscape pieces to date. I must have been quite amusing to watch take this picture. Because of the partly cloudy skies, there were intervals of sun and shade. When a cloud took over, I'd run back to my car and warm up my freezing hands, and perhaps change lenses. Then, as soon as the sun came back out, I'd run back down to the beach and snap a few more shots before my fingers froze. It was worth it! This was taking using the Sigma 10-20mm lens, which I love.
