The focus is totally off - the guy in the back is in focus while the subject is out of focus. This ruins the shot for me. It is distracting and unappealing.

Fantastic composition, but the technique is not good enough. You should have chosen more depth - especially the dominating unfocused face in front should have been sharp and focused. In my opinion.
