Love the details, colors, tones, contrast and expression.
Pity flash was a bit harsh, due to which there are some hot spots on the mask, which is a bit distracting IMHO.

Completely agree with you about the hot spot. It's the difficulty of this subject: dark costume and white or shining mask! Today, I have a softbox and it's a bit easier!

It's always hard for me to do such on a furthermore beautiful image like this.
You've got the good solution already by using a soft box next time for a shot like this.
