But the clouds are moving. Ayrha result is blurred.

Time interval could solve this problem.

This is really brilliant. Did you use HDR to get the lighting like this, or is it all tone control and layer manipulation in post?

I used Photomatix to process the HDR. This is composed of 5 shots in total,and some minor tweaks in Photoshop CS3 (contrast, saturation, sharpening etc).
