Flood
There isn't much one can put into an image like this. So much of it is luck. I was hoping to get something that would represent the Hurricane nightmares of the last few years in the States. I got more than I ever thought I would.

This is the first image of your work I have seen. What a fantastic image it is to.
It must have taken you ages to get this right. The colour is amazing and pin sharp.

Dave, you never cease to amaze me with the things you do in your studio. I am once again in awe. I'm happy to have found you here after enjoying your galleries on PBase for years. Bravo!
Dave Nitsche  Thanks a bunch Joe. I don't spend any time on pbase at all. I just use it to hold all my stuff for quick reference. Maybe I should spend some more time there. :-)

Very impressive. If I'm honest, this genre doesn't really do it for me, but having attempted similar shots commercially before now, I can appreciate a superb example when I see one. You must have the patience of a saint...

Kudos :)
Dave Nitsche  Thanks Tim, appreciate your thoughts.

May I ask you something ? How many are you to work on a shot like that... I mean, in the studio ? That's a terrific work of precision...
Dave Nitsche  Thanks Laurence. This took about 7 hours total from beginning to end. I shot some other image during the time also though. Most of the time was spent getting the lighting right before any mess was created.

Thanks
