the light and location are very good, but the skin is a lot to soft :-( this don't look natural.
if you work with layers, reduce the "softener" layer and it's ok ;-)

Was there any processing done to the skin and eyes? Besides the natural light, was there any light manipulation via software? I ask that because I see almost no texture on the woman while the floor and background look more natural.

For me it looks unnatural (the face especially) and it takes from the overall experience.

Angela Vicedomini Hi Yakov, you are right, with the jpg compression the skin has lost a lot of texture. Looking at the file on my PC I can see the pores of the skin. The model had a very good make up and has really lovely skin.
Work in PS was b&w conversion, levels and curves.
