craving for saviour
While visiting a festival in eastern germany for some days I had some time left and decided to explore the surroundings of Leipzig, a region which is really signed of abandonment. While driving through a small town the half broken tower of this church slightly appeared between heavy woods. I decided to give it a try and shortly later I was standing here, the mood coming from it is just unique, the sadness and breakdown meets such an alive and positive mood at the same time. I hope that I can express a little bit of my feelings I had standing there and show them to you ...

HDR photography???

I mean is that this is the result of combining several images with different exposures?
Sven Fennema  First question - No,
second yes :) I don't use HDR techniques but I combine several exposures with a manual exposure blending

Amazing! Congratulations!
those colors are the real ones or a bit changed by the HDR process?
Sorry to ask, but as old student of history and history of art, I have a side of me always too much curious about the construction materials.

best regards,
Rockas K.
Sven Fennema  Thank you very much Rockas! There is no HDR process, this is only manual exposure blending - Oh that's a good question, I don't have much knowledge of such things, but the state was really close to dangerous, many parts of the roof already felt down
Rockas Kane  Ooops, sorry... I thought is was a regular HDR... but you made this with multiple exposures, right? Or this is just one? Sorry about all the questions but without knowing the place, it is hard to guess how you get this.
