One Million Ways To Defy Gravity
Takraw is very popular in Thailand and adjacent countries. Perhaps best described as kick-volleyball, it is extremely spectacular, and played with a small ratan ball. Allthough professionally played in sport stadiums, it is also very much a "people's sport", often played in the streets - I always considered these shots more as street photos than as sport photos.

I can see no reason why this wasn't published.
Koen Pieters  Sorry for the confusion I created King, but I put up the photo for critique despite it being published. Just thought it might be useful to know which reservations people might have about a photo. But thanks for the nice comment :)
King Douglas  Sorry, Koen,
I'm new here. How would I know that this image had been published? I understand that people can post published images for critique, but it seems as through there should be some obvious indication of this.

An amazing photo, and I like your keyword, "NowwheredidIputthe manuelregardinglanding" LOL!

Koen,

inderdaad heel krachtig beeld. Doet me aan de fameuze scene uit the matrix denken.
De linkerspelers springt er echt wel uit. Mag ik weten of je flits gebruikte?
Koen Pieters  No flash used Joachim - I don't have one :(
Most of the photos I took there I took around 4h30 pm though, when the light tends to be very beautiful - allthough for this one I think it might have been clouded, as I don't see any shadows. The lens really helped to separate the players from the busy bg, and I think in pp I really pushed the sharpening, but just (edit : mainly) on the two players, to pull them out even more.
bedankt voor de reactie :)
