In October the hills of my neighborhood burned, we waited in anxiety for the fires to subside. Luckily they did and didn't touch my home. This is reason to stop Global Warming, if not just for the sake of being good Earth keepers. The Earth is sacred.

It's finally raining in Southern California after going a year with only 3 inches total for 2007. 2008 already looks better!

I heard about those fires, really horrible, I guess a lot of people lost their homes... anyway at least one good thing came out of it - this excellent photograph! I believe photos with a powerful message like this one can change the world for the better. Btw, I'm always impressed how well you integrate your models into the landscape!
