Clyde Thanks for adding one of my photos to your favorites. I've seen your work and I think simply outstanding, I especially like this picture, it is amazing how you can capture a moment like this, pictures like this are what inspire me na keep working and try to capture moments with which you have expressed . Greetings from Leon
Clyde Beamer  Thank you Cesar, keep working and watching. Some of the best photo's I've every taken were when I just stopped walking a looked. And in the words of one of my favorite photographers: "Don't forget to look behind you!!" My photo here called "The Clouds Behind" is a perfect example of this. I was setup on a tripod shooting in the opposite direction towards the sunset and that image was behind me...

Love the light through the umbrella. The glints of the chair add interest in the darker foreground. Beautiful off-set placement, and encouraging to see you using "my" D70. Beautiful.
Clyde Beamer  Thank you Jan. Sad to say that I recently traded up for a D90, my son now has the D70s. It served me VERY well for several years!!
Beautiful image. Love the sky!
Clyde Beamer  Thanks Angela!!

Wonderful sunset picture. I would have eventually cloned out the flares in the foreground, I think. But that's a minimal flaw.
Clyde Beamer  I thought about that, but I finally felt the glints off the chair gave a point of context that was important, could be wrong though...?
Attila Szabo  Well, I don't think you're wrong. It was just a humble opinion, I found it a bit distracting, but not a big deal at all. Important is, what you think about it; if you deliberately left the flares in, then it's O.K.
Anyway, the picture is wonderful and moody. I like it a lot.
