Great shot. Light, reflection in the eyes... inspirational indeed. However the red thing is slightly distracting, as well as the arm in the background.

I also like the face's framing a lot.
Tanja Dueck  the red is his t-shirt..i think i brings out his lips even more. I tried taking out the arm, but then i would need an overall new crop, more of his face..so these were my thoughts while editing, glad you still like it though! :)
