may i write a small critic on this?
the overall concept and looking it is very nice, the textures and DOF is well rendered, the model is great but,
i think that the assembly of the cable and the eye looks a little bit lame, the eye seems to be flat despite the shadow.
the light source of the girl does not completely match the light source of the scene.
i think that if you work on the light of the eyes, both pupils and in the white area could be way better. do your test of lighting on a sphere and you will find that there is almost always a little bit light areas around and back of the sphere, also check out the light in the pupils.

this is only my humble opinion, i know that you could represent anything in a photomanipulation and give the look you want, in my perspective i like more to look real and not always flat.
