Incredible atmosphere under these very old beech trees with magnificient shapes... they fit perfectly with the mist, which was tinted in warm colors as it was the sunset time.

Charlie Packard i'll just mention Laguiole, Salers, Bleu d'Auvergne and Saint Nectaire...all fermier. Without any doubt, French cheesemakers and affineurs are the best in the world :)
