I like the simplicity of this picture - both in its subject and how it is done. Very effective BW. It is interesting to study the faces of the boys and the slight differences in their postures. The guys on the left and right sides of the picture's second line are giving a nice break (to themselves :-) but most importantly also) to the viewer from the concerted fire of the gazes of all the other boys. I also like the separation of the two lines by your choice of DOF.

Good one. My eye keeps looking at the boy in the rear who was momentarily-distracted at the time of taking the picture. I think this adds to the appeal of your picture. Bravo!
