Hi Larry,
I'm Caterina Campanini, copyeditor in Rizzoli, an italian publisher.
I'm writing you because in 2011 we're going to release the italian edition of
a novel by the canadian writer and director Pierre Szalowski and we would like to use one of your photos, ICE, for our cover of the book. Do you think you could possibly agree with this idea?
If you're interested, please contact me as soon as possible, because
we need a higher res file of the picture in order to prepare a proof of the cover.
Besides, we'd like to know how much would you charge us for the photo: the book will have a print run of 5000 copies and will be distribuited only in Italy.

Larry, I'm jealous. I spent two full days of photography at a ski resort last winter trying to achieve EXACTLY this effect. This far exceeds what I managed. Superb.
