A Prerequisite for Photography

Without light - no pictures.

This is the underside of a helical stairway and the edges of the steps themselves are just lit lightly enough to create the illusion of rays of light in the darkness.

Colmar...fanastic color or tinting..not sure, but I like it a lot for this shot. And you have shown how one thing can look like another...I see a flower, then a fan, a lampshade...many things..and yes even a staircase. :) Congratulations a very good shot indeed. Phyllis
