These interesting basalt columns in north Iceland are located at a the rarely visited Skagi peninsula. Usually this location is photographed along with a light house that sits on top of these columns. It is the most obvious thing to shoot here. But sometimes it pays of the look away from the most obvious angle and try something new. Shooting those columns rising diagonally out of the was very interesting. Setting up the gear was quite tricky on the very slippery and steep rock.
