Love this one. Did you scout for this location or just happen upon it?

Song Yao The Lake District is stunningly picturesque so it's very easy to get trigger happy. I had a bit of a wait for the boat to get into position but I think it was well worth it. Thanks for commenting Michael. Cheers.

Been there many times. You where very lucky with the light and the time spent waiting for the yacht was well worth it. It really does make the image. The light on the hills is just magical and what personifies the Lake District. Excellent image.

Song Yao Thank you Richard. On a nice day all you need is a packed lunch, camera, tripod and Wainwright's guide. It is a magical place when the light is just right.

What an amazing photo! It's beautiful. I'm sure that the location helps, but you've really made it look live paradise... Great colors, composition, and that sailboat is really the cherry on the top...

Song Yao Very kind of you to say so Gonçalo, thank you. Ullswater is a staggeringly picturesque place - very peaceful also (if you go before or after the summer). I had to wait a very long time for the sailboat but it was worth it.
