Great angle and an unusual perspective for underwater photography. The tones work and the composition is good though the focal attention goes to the bright spots at the top. I personally find it unfortunate that the lilly pads on the surface in the brightest part of the image have not been fully included. It generally works best if you succeed in keeping your borders clear and in this case the cropped subjects form part of the main focal point.
