Ingredients:

Take 1 big bucket and putt a dancer in it. Attach the camera to a tripod with boom and find the middle of the bucket. Set the lightning to 45 degrees on the object. Give the dancer 'carte-blanche' on movements and fire away. This wil take about one hour. Then sort out the pictures and mask out what you don't need. Repeat this one time with the pictures were it overlaps. This takes about 15 hours. About 100 layers in total. At last; add a few spicy coloradjustments and... ready :)

Wow, what a creative work, which was worth the effort! But I think your kids would have fit into the bucket much easier. ;)
