They both look out of frame toward light , but in two different ways, two different impressions! It seems what the old woman sees the young man can't see !! The way you put them in the frame, difference of the light on their faces, the POV and finally the beautiful b/w-processing made a very strong storytelling scene ... Great Job!

I like how the direction of the gaze leaves the frame, although had he at the back looked at the camera, I would have found this stronger. Maybe because her age and dissociation would have allowed her the freedom and credit to look elsewhere. However, he is younger, different in awareness as her, so maybe him breaking the symmetry could have worked? nevertheless a good image, as we can only expect from you.
