Kevin, Excellent DOF on the one star there..:) They all seem so captivated...every single one of them.....even the adults. I am sure I will never guess correctly. What are they wearing around their neck..the beads I mean..is this a celebration? Lovely shot. Congratulations. Phyllis

Kevin Ng Hi Phyllis - hope the summer has been good to you. Please see my response to Marei as to what was going on. As for the beads, they have this parade that goes through the carnival grounds and beads get tossed from the floats.

All good innocent fun - definitely not Mardi Gras beads :))))

In Toronto, we have an annual (I call it) a carnival that we almost go to every year. It's very low brow entertainment but the kids just love it. Lots of games, stuffed animals/toys to win and greasy unhealthy food. I took this when the kids we're playing one of the carnival games and as they were watching the horseracing game.
