I like this a lot, but my feeling would be that it would be even better with the top window not leaving the photo: I find my eyes drawn up through her fingers to the windows above, and then out of the image (just my personal thoughts).

I do agree with stevem about the fingers.

The bit I really like about this is the way her hands are open and we can see the fingers. If she had been holding the bars so the hands were like fists, it would not have looked as good. Don't know whether that was a conscious decision or not, but it was a good one!
