I'm feeling small ! Aren't you ?

This shot was taken in the business area from Paris : La Défense

I found the building quite interesting, and the sky was quite fast
so a long exposure was somehow ... what inspired me

hope you will enjoy !!!

Excellent. Le jour ou je reviens voir sur 1X, une nouvelle image superbe. Je devrais venir plus souvent :-) je suis content de voir que La defense t'inspire au final et le résultat a beaucoup de force. Well done !

Effectivement on se sent tout petit avec ce point de vue. Le mouvement du ciel renforce l'immobilité et la force des ces immenses tours de verre. Beau travail Frank !

Frank - VERY creative both in terms of the POV and the sky! I see it says La Defense..Do I dare think that this actually means Defense? What goes on in this complex? :) Of course you know I have not been to Pareeeee. Congratulations. Phyllis

i think to know which statue it is, it really different from the others

To Phyllis, the area is huge and depending on the weather, the light can be so different
it's really a beautifull playground for sure !!!

Guillaume Vigoureux Hi Phyllis. I myself have been shooting this area but until today I had never asked myself why it was called "La Défense". Your question caught my attention and here is what i found : "First European business district, the area of defense is named after a bronze statue of Louis-Ernest Barrias opened in 1893 and named "La Défense de Paris". It was erected to honor the soldiers who defended Paris in 1870 against German forces. It is still visible on the Place de la Defense."
