We are sometimes numb with things we are familiar with, even though they are inherently beautiful. I have seen thousands of trees and valleys like that when I travel by train.But I feel shame at not being able to discover their beauty even one time.When I asked people where do you think we could travel in China or which place do you think is really worth going? They simply might reflect that "qi shi zhong guo de jing se dou cha bu duo". Now, I know they are just as numb as me. They lack an eye to discover. I recalled your real aim here, I think you have already achieved that goal. Thanks nico for bringing us the beauty of China. Salute?

Nicolas Marino Yes, it was a fascinating moment Phyl. He was sitting there, all alone, crouching in the typical way of the region, very peacefully waiting for some truck to pick him up eventually. He was a perfect subject. No, that is one of the rivers that flow down from the Karakoram range in northern Pakistan, It has this wonderful white color in some areas, it is a mix of sands and stones. I'll show you another example soon. Thanks a lot my friend =)

Nicolas Marino hehehe just hanging around the afghan/pakistani goats! That's on the Pakistan side of the hindu kush, about 10 km from Afghanistan, it's a pashtun area, they live on both sides of the border. Thanks a lot Rui! :))
