My cousin and I hiked in to this falls in 2009. We almost did not make it to the trailhead. His year-old company car hit a hug crater on Lolo Pass Road, damaging the wheel rim. We lost two hubcaps, which sailed over a steep incline and were never recovered. We pressed on and were rewarded. Ramona Falls is breathtaking. Read more about this trip on my photo blog post here:
