I love this. Both expressions are fantastic.

I'd like to see it with a tighter crop at the bottom (maybe cutting off the baby's wrist with the band that is a little distracting) and with a less tight crop as Ralf suggests. Nice to keep the tatoo on the right arm though.

That's a genuine smile, very well captured photo with showing a strong bond between the two! Maybe a less tight crop at the bottom would have been better.
