Another photo from the "lichtdialoge" project cycle. Life can sometimes be rather bleak, but we all develop strategies to cope with it. What connects me and the model in this photo is our appreciation for music and music playing as a means of regeneration and healing. This however doesn't mean that in the moment of playing, the facial expression depicts a state of calmness or even happiness. In this moment, the soul resides in the instrument, leading to very interesting and individual states of facial expressions.
