AN Infant's Net
This is a small part of me walking through small villages in Central America. I didn't want to see Levi jeans or western shirts or T-shirts. I just wanted to escape and be humble amongst men, women and children.

I love it showing a way of life that is alien to me but brought to my eyes with stunning quality, thank you
Wings  Thanks Sainty. Often When I take my camera out Its not for the love of a weekend romp at the open air market or park. ou touched on it big time. I shoot to show what life is like and how people deal with their life. I try not to be the amusement, and I tr not to be apart of any trend on 1x. This way if elected by the good hearts of photo responsible selectors. he grace of shre becomes more than a cool shot, but food for thought for all. I say keep it real and it shall be great. Thank you again.

amazing one, Wings!
bravo!
Wings  Good guess. However if I had I wold be dead. Don't put western conclusion in third world situations. We are not the center of the world. :)) Thanks for the comment without it I would have shared these words.
Vlad Dumitrescu  Wings, I have to remind you: I'm from Romania... :o)
If there is a center of the word, in the way that you sad, it must be far, far from here... :o)
(In another way, RO is the center of the world for me!)

Very weird shot and your perspective and framing bring that out very strongly. I bet we are going to see much more of that trip in central America here on 1x...which is a good thing of course.
Wings  Fadi that would be a good thing.

Instead you were fishing for babies?
Good one, and it has something about it that's very you.
Wings  I'd like to share with you about two famous photographers that covered the same event. While sitting at a table talking photography. The other famous photographer was surprised and commented how different their images from a rally was. Both excellent, but one image breathed and carried energy that stood your hair up. Kappa said, Well if yours isn't good enough its probably because you are not close enough. After reading this , I didn't know who was Kappa.

Kappa never spoke about collateral reactions in the face of the subject. The closer you get the heavier your camera becomes and its like discovering a g-force indescribable with your heart in your throat blocking your breathing. Its a zone or some of kind condition where everything goes blank as long as your finger is on the shutter button.

I guess the similar reaction and condition for the weekend fair weather shooter at the open air market shooting urban life, accidentally gets a disapproval look from across the mall , and immediately feeling guilty while holding his 70-200mm f 2.8 lens. Its not a bad thing. its just something that is. I guess that's why most images appear as a portrait instead of a dog fight rich in humanistic emotion.

Wow. Did I say that? I guess I did. Bob the dog photographer can talk about this first hand from his past experiences.

Oh .About the two photographers. One died of old age while Kappa during a break walked out in to the fields and stepped on a land mind and died. His last statement before his end was that he was feleing lucky in Vietnam covering a war. Today society is out of hand and you are just as able to encounter a crazed individual behind the hype from television news and blog coverage that now serves food for fear and distrust.

If you are going to shoot get are away from city culture and first learn to shoot in controlled situations. KNow as much as you can about the people and the event.

I'm more than willing to give a class in sissy street photography. It cold make the difference from enjoying what and how you shoot,
