The one Bald Eagle in the front did take a jump because it did get to crowded for him on the perch.

Those three are not that rare. Around Chilkat River, near Haines, in Alaska there are gathering around 6000 Bald Eagles every winter and I've seen up to 50 of them in the same tree :-)

Je hebt gelijk. Deze vogeltjes ziteen niet naast je deur.
Zal er vast en zeker een keer van komen om deze vogels live te zien.
Kost ff een beetje tijd en een paar centen, maar wanneer je werkelijk wilt is alles mogelijk :-)

Mooi Harry, wat een prachtige vogels toch !!

Ben een absolute liefhebber van alles wat Arend heet en vind dan ook alle soorten erg mooi.
Bij deze doet het fraaie ochtendlicht natuurlijk ook veel want gefotografeerd met minder mooi licht ziet e.e.a er toch minder goed uit.

The Eagles in Homer were quite well used to people and therefore one could approach them until a few feet.
Also thanks for the great information about Conny Lundströms place.
Will contact him for a trip next year or the year after.

Schitterend, Harry, wat een pracht plaat en moment, licht en scherpte zijn klasse,
maar vooral de mooie blik van de rechtse Eagle maakt voor mij de foto compleet.

Some of the Eagles in Homer were quite good approachable because they were used to people. Lots of photographers came in every winter and some even did make great shots with there wide angle lenses.
