if you shot this one with medium format and without any level adjustment of color level for the post processed, I would like to guess that you used TX400 which can produced this kind of black and white.. love the tones here...

This doesn´t work for me....the pose seems a bit strange and uncomfortable, the black stripes in the face doesn´t work in a flattering way for the model, and her eyes seems a bit lifeless....sorry...your portfolio here in 1x has a much higher quality than this picture in my opinion...
