Dette gjer inntrykk, spesielt god eksponering av landskapet. Utruleg fint lys og harmonisk stemning i fotografiet til tross for ein komposisjon som ser veldig ordinær ut. Summa summarum ein blink!

hknivers  Takk for det Øystein. :) Har vært ute to dager på rad nå uten "napp". Men på den tredje skal det skje heter det vel. ;)
Oystein Lunde Ingvaldsen  Samme her... ute 5 timer igår og idag har jeg også vært ute men sitter nå og venter. Vurderer å gå over på ei flaske rødvin for DA vil nordlyset danse ettersom jeg ikke kan kjøre bil da. Er bare takknemlig for at jeg ikke sitter på en fjelltopp slik jeg hadde planlagt. Men på den tredje dag stod han opp, ifølge fattern ;)

Nei, jeg har skikkelig trua i dag! Det eneste er at jeg ser det begynner å komme litt lett skydekke mot vest...da blir jeg RIMELIG forbannet!
Oystein Lunde Ingvaldsen  Enig. Nå har det vært nordlysfotoforhold 10! Og nordlys 0. Skyer over Bø idag, og dersom det smeller av ikveld over skyene så kommer jeg til å stå på landjorda og skrike navn på kjønnsorganer så det jomer i fjellene. Time will show!
Håkon Iversen  Indeed! Nå ser jeg det har letta litt mot vest her...er det fullt skydekke der ute? Det er enda skyfritt i "rett" retning her. Håper bare det holder seg til i kveld! Jeg har funnet en fantastisk lokasjon! Et elveutløp som ikke er tilfrosset! Refleksjoner sier jeg bare!

Ion Lacatus  Oh... I can easily believe it was cold :) (where was the picture taken exactly ?) but I think "nice" is really an understatement for what we see here. It is much more then "nice" really. :)

The shot was taken here: http://hvor.no/l/cyxokeror somewhere between those two white roads going off the pink road in the middle of the map. Shot towards the north
Ion Lacatus  I had to zoom out quite a lot before I actually understood where is the place :). How frequent is the Aurora really? 5 times per winter? 50 times?

I guess we should expect some fyord photos as well. Never been there but from what I know, the Norwegian coast is quite spectacular. Looking forward to more shots. Good light to you !
Håkon Iversen  Well...it depends. The last two-three years has been fairly bad. But now the solar activity has gotten higher and we are getting Aurora more often. It's a bit on and off. You can get good activity for a week, then two weeks without anything. But days with REALLY powerful activity are few and far between.

As for fjord-shots...oh yes, I have quite a few. :) But this is the first time I've ever gotten anything posted here on 1x, but believe you me I have tried many times to get some on here...
