Nothing but great work from you.
Wings  Razo you have found your mark and I'm proud of you. cheers
Good one, Wings. Where do you find your models. ;)
Wings  :))))) too funny I love you.

I find my models In the streets. I learned how to pimp the street during dangerous moments by a John called everyone refers to as daddy big stick. His advice for me was to try and get a lead on some hot models from a few of the electors, but only after letting the Vodka flow or offer enough hits of (CH3-CH2-O-CH2-CH3) known as Ether. Had it worked I'd be in debt to that person. However the reply to my request failed like an image in critique in 1x. My grand dream of a 2011 Beach Bingo party theme at the beach in Coney Island was nothing but a pipe dream.

All fooling aside and sometimes I can't help it. I love to put myself in things that cause most to discover how heavy the camera can really be when that expensive toy is needed to be in their face pressing a shutter button.

An Editor just called me a real street photographer and wished they had offered me a trip to Egypt. I asked them two things. Whats a street photographer and where is Egypt. So now I am on their list again after walking out. Being in a danger zone is just one small part of street that could be your final stroll in the sidewalk. Before going always work out first by doing sissy street first and try to get some models in thongs with a tan that are well endowed so your efforts are worth while while cruising the local market place in your home town.
Christiane Anna K.  ha ha ha- you're something else. :D

Sissi street, ... he he ... Is it good, being on the list again? ;)

Did you fart?
Wings  Lucky for me I wasn't wearing tidy whities. There was not time pose or set a shot in action. three frames that's it and pray.
Bob Patefield  Well.....even though I'm an atheist, your prayers were answered ;^) It's a cracker!

Very dramatic Wings - Really powerful and sinister.
Wings  Thank you Andre du Plessis, with love from your darker side .

I submitted a Navajo feeding his baby. On the wall was not one high power rifle but three rifles that serve a purpose. One held a baby diaper dispenser from it with diapers visible. For me this shows that a gun can be used for something human and not carry the stains of apartheid.

I didn't ask permission, I met him on the road. He had ascended from an earth mound in the snow that was hardly noticed. It was a sweat lodge. He was covered by the steam rising off his nude body with a piece of leather attached to his appendage. I stopped my 4x4 . I was on his land. I walked over talking to a complete stranger. He invited me in. I just started shooting everything. The first shot he was looking away the noise of the camera cause him to look right me and i took the second shot. Some portraits are real live. its too bad people don't get it. I won't submit the first described shot . I took 10 images as I walked up to him with a 24mm. No fear. Just a guy that loves raw story in real time.

It got late I spent the night in a small hogan in the snow, had coffee in the morning and was on my way late as usual.

Come visit my group o fofoblur called stories or illustrated view point. I could teach you a lot there. Something to add to your perspective view point on how to shoot. Robert is welcomed too. Oh this isn't a fight . Its just me reaching out to you as my friend whom I will meet some day.

Last I am thrilled you like my shot as I like yours and honored it as National Geographic quality. I guess you missed that part.
Andre du Plessis  You know what I like about your photographs that I have seen on 1X - they really shock. Gosh, you really have an ability to produce some really startling images. Is it the moment, or is it the situation/setting - I do not know, but they certainly work.
What's more - there is a way that you edit your images that falls on the outside of what we have grown used to see and appreciate.
The contents of your images and the way that you edit them is really interesting - crude, like newsprint, but hugely effective. I think that your style and want predominates, and in that respect convention is chucked aside.
Those last few words also describe you in my mind. Unlatched, free, a rebel, anti-system, and yet still somehow managing to be very much in touch with humanity.
I do believe that you have a small (or big) heart, and that you will rush out there the assist an old lady crossing the street. Yes, I honestly do.
I shall not dwell on your reference to recent history of South Africa and your unappreciated reference to me + apartheid, as I shall safely assume that you have no inkling about what you are talking about. You should guard against clinging to sound bites - yes, they can be so highly addictive.
However, before you wish to utter judgement against a certain individual, my suggestion will be to look beyond your (probably) limited and useful self interest, and engage in consultation and in the process receive information.
That way you might just find that you breed more friends than adversaries. Adversaries simply because you do not seem to be a good listener.
But your image rocks, and tonight for me - that is all what counts.
Andre du Plessis  ...... and do please fill me in Wings. What do you mean by my 'darker side'? .... just curious
Wings  Dear friend you should get to know me. I have tried to get you talk with me on skype . I don't bite. So lets get past im's and emails and talk face to face on skype. Face to face will be when you get to know. Bob and I talk all the time. Robert and I talk at times as well.

I'm sure we can learn a lot from each other as friends.

Then we will become like to wings on an angels' back. :)))))
Bob Patefield  He seems a bit scary when you don't know him Andre, but there is much lost in translation, if you get me. You are right that he would help the old lady in the street, but only after he dashed over to get the shots of her being hit by the big yellow taxi and bouncing of the hood with his 20mm lens. The photo story has to come first ;^)
Wings  oh the grand mother. Sure thing after the stab her a few times and I get the shots for 1x :)))) but making sure I see her eyes and the blood and the image pops. Then I'll step in and help.
Bob Patefield  LOL! Great minds think alike.

I'm afraid of this.... :-)
Congratulation, Wings...
Wings  Marei come to Jushia . They got killer bees in the spring. They don't understand anything but you in their space. So shooting bees come s a risk there. However I think you can deal with these guys. because you bugs are top flight.

thanks
Marei  Many thanks for Your words and the link, Wings...
I am afraid, the bees are larger than me... :-)
I wouldn't be happier to see this here even if it was my own photo. Awesome!
Wings  Thanks . I stay true to making a point shooting street, every day and documentary. No matter what I shoot is just a part of the whole that may be understood , liked or not. At least the image is to be proud of no matter what. So I thank you for your kindness and feelings shared to me. A friend.

Wow!
Wings  Moments come and go at the blink of an eye. If you breath too many time its passed like a giant swell as you bob in the ocean near the shoreline. All you hear is the thunder and awe behind you.
Fantastic photo, my favorite from screening!
Cheers Wings!
Wings  Thanks a lot.
