Concept is great... But I see some flaws. For cut tomato in air a knife must be very sharp. Therefore it must be knife without toothing. Also, if tomato cutted in air by sharp knife the edges of tomato must be sharp too. Rest is great! Excuse me for picky attention to the details. It is because I like this picture.

Il y a 5 sources lumineuses pour cette photo :
- Une softbox en haut à droite, légèrement depuis l'arrière du sujet,
- Un parapluie en bas à gauche, pointé sur le côté du visage,
- Un flash + gel rouge sur le fond noir,
- Un flash depuis la gauche sur la tomate,
- Un flash pour créer le reflet de la lame, et déboucher l'avant de la cravate.

La tomate était en fait suspendue à un fil noir que j'ai gommé en post-production, mais le mouvement de la cravate est réel, d'où un grand nombre d'essai avant que tout tombe au bon endroit :)

Christophe Kiciak  Oooops.... Now that you mention it, I *think* I just forgot it in my shooting room, and it is probably still hanging there :)
The black thread that was holding it was cloned out in post-production of course, but the movement of the tie is natural (hence a good amount of tries until everything fell in place).
