Simple concept, great execution... Kudos for this! I was wondering and wanted to ask you: how do you get pages on the left and right border of the book to have such great light? I figured if the light source was "inside" they would normally be in the shadow area...

Some light was reflected from face and probably enhanced in postprocces (I don't remember the details -it's old photo...).
