great shot and superb post process... coming from your latest comment on my work, I really need to learn post processing, especially b/w. any tips ?

Jeroen Oosterhof Hi Avi, thanks a lot.
What works for me is to work on the colors first, before you do the black and white conversion.
After that you can do the conversion in the raw converter or in photoshop.
In photoshop it's better to create a black and white or channelmixer adjustmentlayer
than to just desaturate the image.
Experimenting with different channels, blendingmodes and layermasks is also
very useful and gives you great flexibility.
Of course it all comes down to personal taste but experimenting is the key when it comes to a greater understanding of how things works and the different options that you have.

Jeroen Oosterhof Well it's a combination of several curves adjustments with different blending modes
and layermasks attached to them.
There is no standard way of doing it. It all depends on the light and the contrast
of the image and you work, based on feeling and personal taste.
