it is difficult to explain what attracts me in some 'abstract' shots of this type... particularly in this one it is not the spider, I think I would like the photo more without it (it is maybe one of my prejudices about 'simplistic' approach in photography from 'rational' stand point) and if the dark areas were more 'dynamic'... what I like is definitely atmosphere created by light, possibly 'transparent' leaves, relatively pleasing bokeh, and the 'composition of colours', but my judgement here is almost entirely 'irrational' and 'subtle' (i.e. there may be a photo with 'transparent' leaves I 'hate', etc.) ... I think we might have similar taste in 'abstract beauty'... 'objections' from my side for this photo are: a mere presence of the spider (though it does not look aesthetically so bad to me so it can pass), and dark areas which appears to be too 'flat' with no 'information' in them... of course this is my personal subjective amateur opinion... a fav from me after all
