I think i have never seen such a cute photo of an ant, its excellent! Did you use a tripod? I am just starting to use a tripod,and was curious if this was handheld or not.

Elisabeth Gustafson Hi Ellen! No i didn´t use a tripod, it is photographed by free hand. If i had set up a tripod, the ants would have been all over me before even started to take photos! :O) Due to neck injury i almost never use a tripod, because i simply cant carry to much with me out. Elisabeth Gustafson Thank you! They were interesting to watch in a close distance, i mediately saw who was the "watchdogs" and who were the "workers". The stack was boiling, even around my feet when i stood close, but they didn't touch me! I got a few shoots the i left them alone and the ant stodd up! :O))
