I wanted to have a portrait of this man alone, but his granddaughter kept running into the frame and giving me these funny poses. I took a couple of shots of like that and as soon as I stopped she got out of the frame to look at her photo on my camera screen. Suddenly the cat appeared in the doorway. I composed the shot so that I could now have the man and the cat, but then the girl ran into the shot again and again gave me this funny, wiggly pose. I thought to ask her to move at first, but then figured that she actually added a lot of life to the scene.
