Extremely well done King! No surprises there.. I saw this one earlier this morning, but wanted to see it at my photo monitor.
The eye contact, the skin tones, the expression, the way the background fades together with the overall lighting. All just matching.

I see you went for the Panasonic. I've been looking at the same, comparing it with the Canon G11. I need something more compact in an underwater housing for use in a kayak. I simply can't use my Nikons there. My kayaking skills are not up to handling 7 kilos of camera gear.. Looking forward to hear if you're happy with your new toy.

I think your other photos are MUCH better. I can't see any outstanding thing on this picture. Completely centered face, quite noisy background, ordinary framing. Not my favorite.

King, you have such an extraordinary way of capturing the soul of these dancers. And this makes #100 for you. Congratulations! I have a question..... well two actually. Have you ever considered publishing a book? And have you been able to keep in touch with these dancers? Every time I see one of your portraits, the first thing that crosses my mind is-- I wonder where she is now. I can only imagine she would be thrilled to see this, and even more so in a book of yours.
