Nice one. Having tried to take pics of dragonflies I can appreciate the little beggers can be difficult to get a good shot of, especially when you have to sneak close for a macro.
I like the completely blurred out background while maintaining sharpness around the eyes.
It could perhaps a little darker to reduce the very bright tail. And an optional deeper depth of field so you can almost tell what the background is.
Oh and I think its a boy :)
