Its darkness, both literally and metaphorically, challenges the observer. His thin lipped smile reminds me of a famous actor whose name escapes me. It is a knowledgeable, not a happy smile yet he is neither unhappy. Enigmatic and nothing less than I expect from from my dear friend :))

First I love the Title, and then the subject, His reflection in his eye glasses, and the space that looks like a parking lot, or where there once was a drive-in movie place, or raceway. I see his life looking back. Real nice, real touching.
